MWROC Voiceover Contest – Be the Voice of Camp!

We’re looking for the voice of this year’s Mark Wood Rock Orchestra Camp promo… and it could be YOU.

Based on actual camper quotes, we created a brand-new script that captures the heart of MWROC, and now we want to hear it through YOUR voice. Whether you’re a musician, singer, or just someone with a great voice, this is your chance to bring it to life. This contest is open to EVERYONE, not just MWROC attendees!

How to enter:

Using the script (link to pdf below) and the captions on the video (also below) as your guide for timing, record yourself reading the script (your way!).

Submission guidelines:

You can use the voice memo or recorder app on your phone, or pro gear if you have it.
Audio submissions only (10MB max).
Use your name for the title.
One entry per person.
Deadline: April 27
Recording should be clean with no background noise. Our suggestion is, while watching the guide video with the volume OFF, record yourself reading along with the script or captions.
Your recording must be ready to use as submitted—other than some processing, we will not be able to edit audio files after submission, so please avoid filler words, too many pauses, or stumbling.
