Be sure to join the MWROC FB Group – it’s become a gathering place for MWROC’ers past and present and stays active all year long. It’s a closed group and only people allowed are campers, parents, faculty, and staff. We’re very careful about who we approve so it’s a safe space to connect with your new MWROC friends!

Remember, we have two hotels close to our campus (less than five miles away,) that have set aside a block of rooms at a special MWROC X rate. Make sure you tell them you want the MWROC X rate.

Kansas City is a large metropolitan area and I’m sure that you can find some wonderful places to stay. They may just be 20 minutes or more away from MNU.

MWROC Airport Shuttle Booking Info
If you’re flying, CLICK HERE to book your airport shuttle to and from our campus.
MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) is offering discounted airport shuttle service through Champion Shuttle from Kansas City International (MCI) airport to the campus in Olathe, Kansas for MWROC camp participants.
One-Way Shuttle – $35/passenger
Round-Trip Shuttle – $70/passenger
Please note that MNU will provide guaranteed shuttle service on the following dates ONLY:
* Inbound (Arrival) on Sunday, July 7, 2019
* Outbound (Departure) on Saturday, July 13, 2019
Many improvements have been made this year!
- A Couple of days before pickup each participant will be texted the pickup time, driver name and a picture of their driver.
- Participants will now be greeted at baggage claim with a sign.
- Unaccompanied Minors- parents will need to let the airline know that a representative from Champion Shuttle will pick them up.
- All Champion Shuttle drivers have a CDL License, have passed a Homeland Security Background Check and carry IDs
- Champion Shuttle’s office is literally two blocks from campus so they are very familiar with us.
- There will be more flexible shuttle times than last year.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices may be higher if you wait to purchase these at camp! Producing these videos is a very costly endeavor and we’re bringing in extra people this year to capture all the specialness that is MWROC X. 🙂
THEME DAYS – subject to change:
Sunday (move in day) – Wear a past MWROC, MW, or EYS shirt
Monday – Cosplay/Superhero Day – dress like your fav superhero or whatever costume suits your fancy!
Tuesday – Tropical Tuesday – we all know that it FEELS like we’re in the tropics at MNU! Dress to impress!
Wednesday – Camp Picture Day so wear your new MWROC X shirt for the picture.
Thursday – Dress like Noah Day! (For our newbies, you WILL understand this after probably your very first day!) This is also combo concert day so make sure you change for the combo concert!
Friday – Freaky Friday: Dress like your favorite faculty member in the morning but this is Concert Day so bring some awesome Rock clothes to wear for the show!
Café Rock and Wreck (our evening get-togethers after the faculty concerts)
Every night – INCLUDING OUR FIRST NIGHT THIS YEAR – is open mic night at MWROC so get your songs ready and strut your stuff! Instrumental and vocal talent is encouraged! Originals and covers! Sign up sheets are available in the camp store when you arrive.
